"Despite Release Order, Mohammed Abdel Hamid Mukhaymer Faces Forced Disappearance"

🔴 Despite the issuance of a release order.. "Mohamed Abdel Hamid Mokhaimer" faces enforced disappearance!

The Al-Shehab Human Rights Center expresses its deep concern regarding the enforced disappearance of the citizen:

Name: Mohamed Abdel Hamid Mokhaimer

Age: 55 years

Occupation: Excavator driver in the irrigation sector

Place of residence: Old Nasr City – Behind the Research Center

He has been subjected to enforced disappearance for more than a month, despite a judicial decision for his release issued on July 7, 2025.

Security forces arrested "Mohamed Abdel Hamid Mokhaimer" from his home last May, in connection with one of the cases. During the arrest, a verbal altercation occurred between his wife and children on one side, and the security forces on the other, as the family attempted to prevent him from leaving, especially since it had not been long since his previous release from detention. The family was subjected to insults and curses from the forces during the raid.

After his arrest, he was transferred to Dekheila Prison, where he remained in custody from May until the issuance of the release order on July 7. The following day, July 8, he was moved to the Nasr City Police Station to complete the release procedures; however, he was redirected to the National Security headquarters, and since then, there has been no news about him, and his family has been unable to contact him or find out his place of detention until now.

🔺 The Al-Shehab Center holds the Ministry of Interior and National Security fully responsible for his safety, and demands the immediate disclosure of his illegal detention location, his release in accordance with the court's decision, and the cessation of the repeated enforced disappearances of citizens.
