•• The Cairo Criminal Court, Badr assignment, Second Circuit, today Wednesday, 14/10/2026, reviewed a number of cases referred to it by the Office of the Supreme State Security Prosecution, involving dozens of detainees held pending those cases.

The court decided to adjourn all cases to specified dates due to the inability of some detainees to attend, as follows:

1- Case No. 664 of 2024, State Security (Supreme) Case List, was adjourned to the session of 30/12/2026.

2- Case No. 1096 of 2022, State Security (Supreme) Case List, was adjourned to the session of 26/12/2026.

3- Case No. 1470 of 2019, State Security (Supreme) Case List, registered under No. 15978 of 2024, Nasr First Criminal Court, and No. 1977 of 2024, New Cairo Criminal Court, was adjourned to the session of 13/12/2026.

4- Case No. 2806 of 2025, State Security (Supreme) Case List, registered under No. 12879 of 2025, Fifth Settlement Criminal Court, and No. 2702 of 2025, New Cairo Criminal Court, was adjourned to the session of 27/12/2026.

5- Case No. 2369 of 2023, State Security (Supreme) Case List, registered under No. 21763 of 2025, Ain Shams Criminal Court, and No. 2943 of 2025, East Cairo Criminal Court, was adjourned to the session of 13/12/2026.

6- Case No. 4253 of 2026, State Security (Supreme) Case List, registered under No. 9372 of 2026, Second 6 October Criminal Court, and No. 2194 of 2026, 6 October Criminal Court, was adjourned to the session of 22/11/2026.
