Justifications for pretrial detention in the old law

It is used when there are specific legal justifications, such as:

1- Fear that the accused may flee.

2- Fear of influencing the victim or witnesses.

3- The likelihood of tampering with evidence or obscuring the features of the crime.

4- The existence of a serious risk to security or public order, in accordance with the legal conditions.
