Ventilation and Natural Lighting (Rule 14 – Mandela)

“In all places where prisoners are required to live or work:

(a) Windows shall be sufficiently large to enable prisoners to read or work by natural light, and shall be designed in such a way as to allow the entry of fresh air, whether or not there is artificial ventilation.”
