- September 23, 2020, while returning to his residence in the city of Zagazig, Sharqia Governorate.

- Charged in case No. 2468 of 2020, misdemeanors, First Zagazig Police Station.

📌 Charges

- Membership in a terrorist group and working to revive its organization and fund its activities.

📌 Violations

- Refusal to implement release orders since March 2021.

- Physical and psychological torture.

- Repeated rotation.

- Forced disappearance.

📌 Family Repression

- Arrest of his younger brother, Emad Khalaf, 43 years old, on February 8, 2021, and seizure of his assets, as well as his forced disappearance.
