Continued Violations Against Activist Mohamed Adel, His Wife Calls for Immediate Release

🟥 The violations against activist Mohamed Adel continue.. His wife demands his immediate release

✍️ His wife wrote on the fifth anniversary of their marriage:

"Today, November 6.. the anniversary of my marriage contract with Mohamed Adel."

Even though the decision was difficult and harsh to make and the consequences were significant, I am proud that I persevered and did not lose the love of my life, and I am still steadfast and moving forward.

Our story began 13 years ago, and prison has been a strong presence in it.

We were deprived of everything beautiful, and most of our memories are within the prisons.

We still have hope that this tragedy will end, and that there will be an end to the punishment.

The state punished us with 12 years lost from our lives because of peaceful opinions that involved neither violence nor incitement.

"I hope this is the last occasion that Mohamed is away from me.. my only wish is for prison to be out of my life."

🔴 His wife demands the immediate release of Mohamed Adel, an end to the violations against him, and respect for his right to freedom of opinion and expression.
