Death of the citizen Alaa Mohamed Elselmy, 47 years old, Wardian district, Alexandria governorate, in Badr 3 prison due to medical negligence and poor conditions of detention. Alaa was arrested in 2014 and imprisoned in the Scorpion Prison without visits for years, then he was transferred months ago to Badr Prison, where he died.
El-Shehab for Human Rights holds the Ministry of Interior responsible for the death, and demands an investigation into its circumstances, as well as the release of all detainees.
